When PC Mall charges your account
PC Mall receives authorization to charge your account prior to shipping your item(s). However, your card will only be charged after your order has shipped. If your order contains multiple items and they ship at different times, you may see multiple charges on your credit card statement.
Daily spending limits for Debit Cards
Most debit and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of an order - even if there is enough money in an account. When using a debit card, funds are immediately reserved in your bank account at the time you place your order. Please consult your card-issuing bank for information about your daily spending limits if you are having trouble placing your order.
Account verification
To prevent any unnecessary delays processing your order, please ensure that the billing addresses on your order matches the information on your credit card account. If you have recently moved or are unsure whether you receive your credit card statement at your work or home address, please contact your card-issuing bank using the 800 number at the back of your credit card to confirm.
Security codes
The card security code is a unique three or four digit number printed on the front (American Express) or back (Visa/MasterCard/Discover) of your card, in addition to the account number.

Personal and Business Check |
To pay for your purchase using a Personal, Business Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order:
- Place your order with an Account Executive by phone at 1 -800-PCMALL (1-800-555-6255).
- Obtain the final dollar total of your order, including tax and any applicable shipping charges from the Account Executive.
- Confirm that your cashier's check or money order is for the full amount of the order. It is not possible to combine a cash payment with another form of payment for one order.
- Make the cashier's check or money order payable to PC Mall. and include your order number or a copy of your order.

Pricing
Because of the fast-moving nature of the industry, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. PC Mall is unable to issue price adjustments due to manufacturer price changes after date of original sale. We do our best to provide the most accurate, up-to-date Information, but errors do occur and we reserve the right to make changes without notice. Your PC Mall Account Executive will inform you when a product is not in stock, and can tell you when we expect the product will be available. Anticipated delivery dates are based upon vendor-supplied information and are subject to change.
Typographic, Photographic, Technical and Pricing Errors
Although we strive to achieve 100% accuracy, occasionally errors and inaccuracies do occur. Should you encounter an error or inaccuracy, please Inform us so It can be corrected. Products and packaging depicted may differ from stock available at the time of shipment. We reserve the right to substitute equivalent items. If an error is made and a product is listed at an erroneous price, PC Mall may, at its discretion, refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.
